Telegraph Townhomes

Telegraph Townhomes consist of 23 units, each with its own parking space, in four buildings with four-story townhome-style units. The townhomes are accessed from 60th and McAuley streets from a private drive aisle. One enclosed parking space is provided for each unit. The front doors engage the private drive aisle, creating a pleasing experience for the residents. Each unit has an open floor plan to maximize light and ventilation. The units are between 1,614 to 2,026 sq. ft. The architectural motif of the townhomes is a contemporary modern style expressed through massing, articulation, materials, and colors. Stucco, brick, and metal are applied to enhance the articulation and massing of the homes. Brick is used to reflect the existing neighboring buildings in color, pattern, and detail.
