Designed in the modern farmhouse architectural style, all Jasper Homes feature two-car garages, decks off living spaces on most plans, and first-floor bedrooms ideal for guests or extended families. Modern amenities include an expansive community pool, playgrounds, and a bocce ball court. The onsite mixed-use building includes 2,147 square feet of ground-floor commercial retail space with a dynamic outdoor plaza designed around a historic oak tree. Limited site access, bounded by railroad tracks and Monterey boulevard, meant creating unique and different open spaces while meeting the required density. The Farmhouse aesthetic reflects upon the farming history of the south bay in the Morgan Hill area.
