Oak Walk

Oak Walk is registered as a LEED-eligible urban infill, transit-oriented, development located in the heart of Emeryville. This mixed-use development consists of 53 condominium homes and 5,500 sq. ft. of retail space. Five rehabilitated historic homes, which were originally located on the property, will be dedicated to low-income housing. This complex development delivers a mixed-use, infill community which contributes to the revitalization of the surrounding area.
